 EPC Elementary and advanced trainings;
 Thematic trainings, such as financing channels, energy audits, energy savings measurement and verification trainings, etc.
 The development of training materials and new training products
 Marketing and Membership Department:

Responsibilities:
 Develop EPC market;
 Develop new Energy Management Companies (EMCos);
 Promote communication and cooperation;
 Develop EPC project case studies;
 Deliver technical consultation and assistance;
 Promote energy conservation technologies and products;
 Membership management

 Information and Research Department:
 Collect, manage and develop the interrelated information;
 Renew and operate the website www.emca.cn;
 Construct and maintain the EMCo database and expert pool;
 EMCo industry policy study;

 International Cooperation Department:
 Carry out liaison, communication and cooperation with relevant international organizations
 Promote communication and cooperation with international and domestic ESCOs
 Introduce and promote advanced international technologies and management experience
 Help EMCos develop international market
